An experience that lasts a lifetime.

Working students at Willow Hill spend much more time in the saddle than the average working student.

Working Student responsibilities may include: caring for the boarders, working with horses in training, assisting with breeding and foaling, barn chores, exercising horses daily that range from green broke to seasoned horses who have competed through Novice level.

Working students have the opportunity to take lessons from renowned event, show jumping, and dressage riders on a monthly basis, as well as compete in local and recognized shows throughout the region.

We are looking for responsible, independent, and self-motivated people. This is the perfect opportunity for dedicated riders who do not have the finances to back them, or who want to learn more about operating a large, diverse horse farm. Room & board is provided, and there is a possibility to bring your own horse.
